Appointments and Cancellations

​

Your spa experience is very important to me and is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary therefore I inform you that my cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations after the 24-hour time frame or no-shows will be asked for a 50% service deposit before their next appointment. 

Gift Certificates

 

Please be advised that all gift certificates are non-refundable.

If you are using a gift certificate for your spa experience please ensure you have the barcode number or the physical certificate ready for the time of checkout.

Cell-free Zone

Divine Haven is a calm, quiet, tranquil space. To ensure the utmost relaxation during your spa experience please turn all your devices off or on silent before entering the spa room.

Fees and Pricing 

All pricing is subject to change. Prices do not include tax

 

Health Concerns

​

Your health and wellness are most important. Please inform me at the time of booking and before your spa experience if you have any medical or health issues of which I should be aware of.

Respectful Space

​

Any sort of harassment or inappropriate behaviour, offensive language etc will result in the immediate end of service with full-service total due and blocking from any future bookings. Divine Haven is a professional and respectful space where we are all just learning and growing together to become our best selves so please speak from the heart and spread love and respect
